Wallin Foodservice Resources Welcomes Jeff Becnel!

We are pleased to announce an exciting new addition to our outside sales team!  Jeff Becnel brings an extensive culinary and operations background to Wallin Foodservice Resources. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Jeff founded, owned, and operated the award-winning French bakery La Petite Sophie, recognized by Food & Wine magazine as one of the 100 best bakeries in the US.  He has also held Executive Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, and Culinary Director roles in restaurants, hotels, and bakeries in New Orleans and Salt Lake City. Jeff is based in the New Orleans area and will focus on outside sales across the state of Louisiana. He is looking forward to applying his diverse culinary and business management experience to his new role to help commercial and noncommercial operators run thriving foodservice operations. Keeping it Hot (the food, that is!)
