Here’s What’s Happening at the 2023 NAFEM Show!
On February 1, foodservice professionals from around the world, along with the world’s leading equipment and supply manufacturers, are gathering in Orlando for the NAFEM Show, the first since 2019. Four years of unprecedented challenges, tests, and triumphs have given rise to countless new products, processes, and perspectives that will be shared during this spirited reunion of the foodservice industry. Here’s a preview of what’s in store for this long-awaited event.
Cambro, Booth #3235

The Champion booth is going to be awash with action! See demos of the PRO Series Flight Type machine, Sonic PRO Pulper with water press, DH6000T Ventless Heat Recovery Hood-type machine, and a connected Direct Link Kiosk.
You’ll also be able to
get hands-on with a live Vortex Sink, Bi-Line Accumulator, and a variety of

Chef Chicco, Executive Chef
of Old Major Market, an Indianapolis-based producer of
artisanal meats and provisions, will be offering live demonstrations of the
impressive capabilities of the FWE Low Temperature Cook and Hold Smoker Oven.
Glastender, Booth #3635
Also on display will be Glastender’s new range of handle options, including a pull-tab handle for minimizing visible hardware, a full-height tube handle option that provides a wide grip range and a look that blends with other contemporary hardware, and a newly re-designed signature handle that maintains the classic Glastender look while relocating the lock to the center of the door.
Hatco, Booth #1612
Hatco will
also be featuring Flav-R-Savor Heated Air Curtain Merchandiser, Pickup Pods, the
Flav-R 2-Go Pizza Locker System, and several other new products launched since
the last NAFEM show in 2019.
Mercer Culinary/Barfly, Booth #1869
Mercer will be exhibiting new products developed to address operational challenges, including an array of options to keep cutlery sharp and operating at peak performance such as larger size, deluxe sharpening stones and high-density glass sharpening stones; an expansion of the Ultimate White Cutlery line to make it more comprehensive to handle any kitchen needs; a Millennia Brisket Knife for effortlessly achieving even slices; and a variety of new specialty cutlery.

New Age Industrial, Booth #1600
New Age invites you to join them for the big reveal of their Custom Design Contest Winning Product on Thursday, February 2, at 11:00 AM in booth 1600. They will unveil this brand new product to add to their line of heavy duty, yet lightweight aluminum products. Bulk Sheet Pan Dollies, Mat Racks and Carts, Mixer and Slicer Stands, and Bowl and Mixing Bowl Dollies are just the few of the sturdy equipment solutions you can expect to see featured at the show.
