See What’s Happening at the International Pizza Expo!

The International Pizza Expo and Conference is coming up March 28-30 in Las Vegas.

Whether you’re able to attend this fun event or just wish you could, we’ve got all the saucy details right here.

Sammic (booth 1670) will be demonstrating their CA-3V and CA-4V Veg Prep Machines with new Force Control Technology that guarantees a uniform and high-quality cut. Speaking of saving precious ingredients, Cambro (booth 2322) will be bringing their brand new CamSquares FreshPro line to the pizza market for the first time at this year’s show. 

This new food storage system enhances freshness, food safety, efficiency, and ease of use in general. 



Fresh Pro’s color-coordinated Easy Seal Covers seal tightly to keep food fresh while still being easy to remove, recessed handles provide 25% more storage capacity so more containers and inventory will fit on a shelf, and rounded corners make pouring from the corners easy and comfortable. 

Drain shelves, also color-coordinated by container size, extend the shelf life of ingredients like sliced or chopped tomatoes by holding them up out of their own juices.



Cambro will also be showcasing their Pizza Dough Boxes for keeping dough fresh during storage.

Keep Production Moving


Transport and store pans of pre-made pizzas, fresh baked pizzas, and rolled pizza dough with NewAge Industrial (booth 2531) Adjustable Pizza Pan Racks. Designed to adjust to fit multiple pizza pan sizes, these rolling racks adjust in 1" increments to hold pans ranging in size from 10" to 16". Each section adjusts so that the racks can hold differing pan sizes at the same time.

Prep and Bake Fast

Two of the highlights from the Welbilt booth (1917) will be a live demonstration of the Garland G56 Pizza Airdeck Oven and an opportunity to get a first look at the new Lincoln Aperion 2424 Impinger Oven

The Aperion is Lincoln’s fastest oven, reducing cook times by up to 20% versus their Fast Bake ovens and traditional competitive impingement ovens. 

The Aperion is the first Lincoln oven to have independent top and bottom air flow which eliminates the need for unique finger configurations. Simply adjust the bottom and/or top air flow setting, and the oven responds immediately to optimize the culinary characteristics of any product. It also features a hinge and removable front door for easy cleaning.


Welbilt will also be exhibiting the latest pizzeria equipment solutions including refrigerated prep tables, refrigerators, and freezers by Delfield; Frymaster fryers; Merrychef accelerated ovens; 
and Merco hot holding stations.





Achieve Artisanal Quality with Less Labor

Wood Stone (booth 2949) will be demonstrating their brand new OneRev Labor Saving Rotating Pizza Oven at this year’s Pizza Show. That’s right. ROTATING! 

The OneRev bakes perfectly cooked artisanal pizzas in ONE ROTATION. A single setting cooks multiple-size pizzas with an assortment of toppings. 

Loading and unloading is the only skill required, which means that limited employee training is needed to operate it. Center, underfloor, and finish flames assure consistent, even baking every time.



Boost Impulse Buys and Add-on Sales


The Hatco Flav-R-Savor Heated Air Curtain Merchandiser gives customers access to temperature-controlled hot foods such as personal pizzas, breadsticks, and wings without having to open doors to get to them. 

Warm air at the top front of the cabinet is forced downward to form a “curtain” of heated air which is then drawn toward the rear of the cabinet. This air flow pattern effectively and safely keeps foods at ideal serving temperatures without doors getting in the way of quick, hygienic self-service.



Protection for the Last Mile

will also be demonstrating their Flav-R2-Go® Floor Mount Pizza Locker System at the show. This heated locker system conveniently holds multiple hot pizza orders with quick and secure access for to-go orders. 

Customers and delivery drivers can arrive and access their specific locker to retrieve orders without needing to interact with an employee, waiting, or disrupting on-premise service operations. 

Each locker has a timer to hold pizzas for up to 45 minutes and is preset at 149°F, with a high temperature range up to 180°F. The heat can also be switched off for ambient holding.
