Surf’s Up! Celebrating National School Breakfast Week

March 4–8 is National School Breakfast Week! According to the School Nutrition Association, the National School Breakfast Program serves 2.37 billion meals per year. That means that over two billion days of children across America started a lot brighter thanks to the NSBP and the child nutrition pros that put their hearts into serving their students!

This year’s theme for National School Breakfast Week is “Surf’s Up!” and we think it’s a perfect fit. When a child’s day starts with a nutritious breakfast, everything is looking up: energy is higher, mood is better, attention is sharper, grades go up, and so on.
