Rethinking Fresh Food Bar Design
Today's fresh food bars, also known as modern salad bars, have evolved into versatile merchandising destinations featuring fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains, and prepared specialties.
The right setup not only looks inviting and delicious, but it also protects its contents to ensure they taste as good as they look.
The Simple Solutions Buffet System by TableCraft does just
that. As the name suggests, it’s a simple process to set it up, plus the design
of each vessel is an elegant departure from traditional salad bar setups.
Here’s how it works.
Step 1: Choose Your Simple Solutions Cast Aluminum Bowl Sizes and Colors.
Simple Solutions bowls are available in traditional food pan sizes in 3" or 5" depths: full, half, half long, third, sixth, and ninth size, which makes them easy to configure inside your well.
These virtually indestructible vessels are designed with straight walls and sides that fit tightly together to retain cold serving temperatures and create an appealing presentation.
Bowls are offered in 16 Duracoat™ coated cast aluminum colors and natural pewter. Natural pewter can be used for hot or cold applications, while Duracoat Colors are for use in cold and ambient applications only.
Step 2: Choose Drop-in
Templates to Place in Your Cold Well.
Step 3: Complete with Spacer Bar Kit.
Bars are manufactured to rest on the NSF-7 ledge inside
your well and block cold air from escaping to optimize the efficiency of your
unit.
Step 4: Add Finishing Touches.
SaferFood Solutions™ Dispensers prevent drips and keep serving areas clean.
